SkinnyLyfe is built around the assumption that your conversations and your data belong to you. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to control it.
For the short version: we don't sell your data, we don't use your conversations to train models, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Account information (name, email, password hash) you provide at sign-up. Your conversations with companions. Optional health data you grant via integrations (Apple Health, Oura, etc.). Billing information processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers).
To deliver the product. To remember context for your companion. To process payments. We do not use your conversations to train language models, and we do not sell data to advertisers or third parties.
All conversations are encrypted at rest and in transit. Health integrations are read-only. Backups are encrypted.
You can export every conversation, milestone, and setting from your account dashboard at any time. You can delete your account, and we will permanently remove your data within 30 days.
